am 2.9 for voodoo 3 and win98 too or for voodoo 4/5 only???

Hm, I only looked at the Readme, but if the .inf say's Voodoo3, I guess it should work indeed...

Just changed the Pages ;)

i tried the "am 2.9" with voodoo3 3000 and win98.
the device manager says "am 2.5" is installed. i never had installed "am 2.5" before i installed "am 2.9".

is there only a compatibility mode for voodoo3 ( am 2.5?)

has someone tried them already on voodoo3?

Hm, I think he just forgot to change the text in the .ini File...

(This happened sometimes in the past, so no reason to worry ;) )

If you have installed an AmigaMerlin Driver for the first time, you can be sure the V2.9 is correctly installed.

I'll mail him and report this small Bug.

Update :

I just received an updated .ini File from AmigaMerlin.

I'll integrate, re-package and upload the fixed V2.9 Kit in the next Minutes :)

i tried the set with rally trophy. the bad thing is i think it is slower than mikepedo 1.0 although it should be fast with a 1ghz cpu.
the good is it does not makes more problems than any other driverset like 1.07.00 or mikepedo.
in rally trophy the min. frames are very low and the max frames are higher than in other driversets.
perhaps it is optimized for other games. so i ll watch for a driver with a more constant average framerate.
