Help I'm seeing green

I have a voodoo3 3500 and when I try to run my 3dfx tv to watch with a vcr hooked up to the pod with rca cables all I get is green fuzz with red can anyone tell me what to do to fix this problem please..

I would check on the tab where you enable TV-out in display properties and make sure you have composite selected for the RCA cables. If that isn't it then try using an S-Video cable (if possible). And if that doesn't work you may be out of luck. I had a similar problem with the first 3500 I owned and had to exchange it after the 3dfx tech couldn't help me.
