Disclaimer
Nor me, nor tdfx author claims no responsibility for your possible actions and damage to your equipment that may happen after following these instructions, nor for the lack of hands.dll driver :). Although, I would surely tried to realize them ;).

Some time ago using tdfx bios editor I have checked what memory timing are good for overclocking Voodoo 3 & 5 cards.
I had some BIOSes that i knew for sure were overclocable (195 MHz on Voodoo 3 vs 170 with newer BIOS) and some pre-changed for o/c-ing, that can be found on the Net, both for V3 & V5 .

Results
1) Voodoo 3
DramInit0: bit 19 changed from "1" to "0"
DramInit1: bits 1..9 changed from  "256" to "24"
DramInit1: bit 14 changed from "1" to "0"
DramInit1: bit 15 changed from "1" to "0"
DramInit1: bits 16..19 changed from "6" or "10" to "3"
DramInit1: bit 30 changed from "1" to  "0"

2) Voodoo 5:
DramInit0: bits 4..5 changed from "2" to "3"

Memory registers for Voodoo 3 & 5 (and hence Voodoo 4) seems to be the same, so you could try changing all of them listed for these cards (V 3/4/5).

Please note: all instructions are for SDRAM memory only

In Russian you can read the instructions here.
