I found myself a nice MacMagic card, 8MB, here's a link to the details and foto's:

I don't think that I do, unless it is somewhere on the card itself :)

what does it look like, maybe I can get my habds on one.

thats a small PCB with the TV decoder chip
without it the TV-out dont work
