Voodoo Rush mod from 6Mb to 8Mb - bigger is better

Starting with one Yakumo Voodoo Rush, 6Mb of 4Mb FBI + 2Mb TMU, I got 926 points in 3DMark99Max.

Soldered piggyback style 4 chips of 512Kb for the TMU except for RAS pin, identified the command pin on the TMU chip (reverse engeneering as there is no databook available) and connected them with wire and resistor.
The card works perfectly using the extra RAM, with more than 100 extra 3DMark points.

Fun and easy job for a weekend day...

@paulpsomiadis: I did not pay much attention, but I did not notice any clear difference in quality.
@exxe: Can't say for sure, but I do have something different in mind; maybe someday I'll try it.
@ps47: Something similar for V2, I doubt. Though I plan to test another angle in due time, when I'll have some funds.

Connect pin 14 on all 4 piggybacked modules to pin 130 of the TMU through a 22-47 ohm resistor. I only had at hand 100 ohm ones and used those and had no problem.
