I'm thinking of buying this motherboard for use with my athlon 3000+ and my v3/5 agp cards,can someone confirm this combo is fully compatible?

The KT333CF isn't compatible, it's AGP4x/1.5V only.

Beware with the chipset kt333cf. It has not support to 3.3V AGP volt (kt333cf=kt400).
