Why do you think its impossible to play Doom3?
Its actually very simple thanks to DBorca. All you
have to do is download MesaFX

http://www.falconfly.de/mesafx.htm

Look for the one that says "Doom 3 OpenGL Support"
(almost at the bottom of the page). Copy the
OpenGL32.dll file from the ZIP archive to the
Doom3 folder and fire it up
