I find it strange that that card would have a Voodoo3 chip.

The agp connector is agp 4x, and the only voodoo cards that have those are some prototypes and the Evilking Voodoo4 if I'm not mistaken.

How do you know for sure that it has a voodoo3 chip??

use everest test software

it can be scaned as sdfx voodoo3 chip, but display as mx200 graphic card, sb modify bios to mx200

How can you say that the card display MX200 as you haven't tested it ?
The easiest solution is to remove the fan to see what is on the chip ; or take HD photos of the card : with PCBs numbers we can find more about this cards...
But it seems to be the same cards as this one :

when i got this card ,i have used it for somewhile and also remove the fan to check if it is real v3 chip.

it looks like that pic but slight difference.

sb polished the v3 chip into nvidia mx200 chip to make good profits.
