I would be able to, just cause of the fact that the second you open it, it drops to 25% of it's sealed value.

But I'd never buy one in the 1st place, I want the cards so I can use em.

It is what they are for after all Smiley
With a sealed one you get the smell of new electronics burning in for a few days as well.

Well I guess it depends on the individual if he or she wants to retain the value of the sealed item for a future resale or just keep it in an unsealed manner with content revealed for occasional use.

What is this blueish IBM chip responsible for? My Weitek card also has it.
