Title: [S] Village Tronic Mac Picasso 750 PCI (MP750)
Post by LuxKiller65 on 22.12.05 at 07:58:59
I'll probably be able to get my hands on this card (bare card). The card is in good working and looking conditions.

Hope someone's interested, such Mac 3dfx cards are quite rare.

Make your offers!

;)

Make a minimum price :)

I'd like to, but I don't want to scare interested people.

I'm not a 3dfx specialist you know... I'd say at least 30 EUR.

That's no problem, it's all part of the Game ;)

If people are interested but don't like the price, they will usually leave a note and you can always step down or decide to keep the Card.

Sure FF, but as a seller I always try to have many people converging and making offers, that's why I thought I would't specify a minimum price.

;D

Is that the overdrive stuff you mean? By the way, what does it do?

Mac Picasso 540 = 2D Card
MP540 Overdrive = 3D Voodoo Graphics Daughtercard
Mac Paloma = TV tuner Daughtercard

Wicked, mine is totally different... it's got a red heatsink and a red backplate...

It doesn't look like the card from FalconFly either. It vaguely looks like, but the PCB is different and it has different ports.

That's two pictures of my same model:

That's an MP750 or MP850 and that's really a card with a 3dfx-chip (Banshee). ;)

The basic card looks very different than NitroX infinity posted because at that picture you only see the daughterboards (overdrive module and MacPaloma), unfortunately I didn't find any pic of the card without the daughtercards.

I would say it's worth about 20 Euros, maybe 25 (depends on the bidders ;) ).

Thanks for your advice!

Probably then I'd rather keep it, I need money to do drugs you know... (to buy Castlevania stuff actually...)

;D

You don't need to ask the same question four times in the wrong threads. Rolo01 had answered you two days ago, maybe you should check the threads where you post.

Its not a DVI connector, you need the big blue 3500 cable, it looks like this :
