The Horror of Doom3 returns, now on the voodoo2.
With the release of Doom's Doom3 pathc v1.0 !!!!!!! He is still testing and the release will happen the upcoming week. I have seen the screenshots, and a lot of graphic bugs have been fixed since the release of version 0.9 . This patch also works with the Voodoo3. So now Voodoo2/3 owners also can use Doom3 without the terrible graphic errors. PS. I have obtained a beta of V1.0 and will test if it works with V2 8mb SLI. Version 0.9 didn't seem to work because of the 2mb texture memory. |

Not the very latest, but I've seen some Voodoo2 Screenies running beyond 40fps, at surprisingly good looking Visuals.
I took it those are the ones you meant ? ...those ones over at 3dfxzone.it I mean. |

Considering the card requirements for the game, the graphics really are quite impressive for a voodoo 2 with very limited memory 8)

No I mean screenshots from the latest patch, I got them first hand from the man who made the Patch a Czech guy called Doom. And the quality is a little higher with this patch, and the performance is too.
