I am intersted in a few cards, but :
1. the pictures do now show, I see only some chinesse text there - that's not a big problem, if the description of cards is accurate
2. I don't know the shipping costs...I am from Romania (Europe). Can you provide an estimate ?

Now im just thinking abouth :custom authorities
Last time i had too pay 70 euro ffs for 1 sealed box,and why...Cos the seller from ebay put on the invoice =>Gift.
So i think the best way for EU people is too hang on the packet an invoice of all items separated wich is also the declared value.Im not sure but custom authorities thinks when smt is sealed its very valueble^^

Why do people do that? I spend hours packing stuff to prevent damage during shipping. I find it maddening that a fellow collector thinks so little of another.

Take a look for yourselfs, a plastic bag was scrunched up in there not sure what that really did, the boxes just got thrown about.

I am shocked with your words, I am a 3dfx collector for many years from 2001, I know how to protect boxes and cards, I love them, but you have to know, China Post office do not permit any filling material inside the box except the goods self, I have no choice but throw out all filling material. you did not even contact me and listen to my explain before you sent those word to the thread, I am really really hurt, if you think any box and card damaged, I will refound all your money included shipping cost, is it OK? is this what you want?

This was my first purchase of boxed cards from here, and not a good experience.

When I sent that Matrox M3D to exxe months ago, even though the box was far from perfect I went out of my way to pack the inside of the box, the outside with multiple layers of bubble wrap and then a sturdy box with brown paper on the outside!

It was a work of art haha. ;D

When an item is sent like this also, you have a doubt in your mind if there was damage caused by poor packaging or the seller had the items in the state you recieved them which is not good, you should never have doubt in your mind like that.

I believe the condition was better at the other end from looking at the original sale photos.

It defeats the purpose anyway, these things are collectables and you want to buy something that is as in good condition as possible not recieve it in poor condition.

I belive peoples can communicate each other and try to understand, any problem can be resolved after good communictaion, please don't, I know your feelings that want a perfect box and card, me too, but please try to understand my situation, fortunately, this month I will move to other country and nobody can request me to what can packing into my box. I will refund you all money tommorow.

I had several deal with people in this board, Italy, Romania, German, every packet they received did not have filling material inside, the reason is same, I always try to protect the cards by filling some bubble into the original 3dfx box, and any cards and box was delivered safetely until now.

That's really saddening. I feel for both of you.

I bought some electronics from Hong Kong recently and there was no padding in that box either. I don't think it's the seller's fault that he can't put padding in the box to protect what the buyer has bought. Blame the Chinese government. ::)

I will be much more cautious next time I want to buy an item from China or Hong Kong.

I mean...the boxes are just putted in another bigger box without any protection in the bigger box himself??

That is really strange- You are not allowed to pack the item proper?? I wonder what the reasoning is behind that.

Easier to search the packages without making a mess perhaps? ;-)

I think this matter has been caused by a big lack of communication, I should have contacted you when the cards arrived but also you have to understand from my point of view that it is very strange when I recieve a package that I have paid good money for with no padding to contain the boxes but only whats inside of them and the boxes have been damaged during shipping, because myself I am a very meticulous person and will go to great lengths to ensure items are packed well but I didn't realise about your Countries shipping policies maybe if I had known that in the first place I would have not bought the items from you because I can get those items most places but I looked for ones that were boxed so it wasn't really what was inside that mattered but the boxes and the condition they were in.

So I admit I am wrong partly but I appretiate you refunding me that, you didn't have to do it but thank you very much.

I have contacted moderators to remove your posts and hopefully the matter is removed from public eyes quickly.

All in all, the seller did give me a full refund which im very very greatfull for but I did not request that he did that on his own will. Also my original posts like I said previously were not mean't to cause this issue between us I would have happily just gone my own way only after he got upset I had to contact him and straighten things out and apologise.

I only hope anyone reads this thread reacts rationly and thinks what you would do in this situation.

6 Boxed Items.Came safely too my home.And yes the packing was a bit risky...but pfeww...it came in a good condition.
Also i have too say that he refunded me 25 euro cos there were 2 boxes in a not very good standing.So i have too say that this is a very very very nice person.
