It wasn't a Voodoo2 it was just a Voodoo Graphics. And now he insists on sending me the right card. What a mess!

I might be off here, but that seems like a good thing to me. At least, as long as he's paying for it ;D

That means, that he is sure that he sent me a Voodoo 2. That's not a good thing for me.

Is the seller expecting you to pay for their mistake in shipping charges? That is just wrong!!

If I really wanted the card badly I might be willing to share in the return shipping of the Voodoo 1 card as a good will gesture in hopes of exchanging positive feedback :-/

He won't refund anything, because he sent the right card - LOL

You have a good feedback record so in your case I would just buy it and resell it later. It's not worth getting negitave feedback over. IMO ;)

But I paid too much just for a Voodoo Graphics :(

Instead of an Orchid Righteous II I got just an Orchid Righteous.

I must be losing it. I know it's late and I should be asleep but the ad is for a V2 and he shipped you a V1 but you say he shipped you the right card ???

Yeah, I second this.  You say you recieved an OR V1, instead of the OR V2 you paid for.  But then you say he shipped you the right card.

If the seller has acknowledged he sent you the wrong card initially and then is planning to send out the correct one to you, what is the problem?

I think we are seeing some confusion caused by someone not communicating in their native language.

If you look at Fishes first post-

Change  "he insists on sending me the right card" to "he insists he sent  me the right card" and all the rest makes sense.

Seller advertised a Voodoo II and sent a Voodoo I, seller insists the board he sent Fish is the correct Voodoo II board even though it is not.

Well since you already got "positive" from him and he refuses to accept that he shipped the wrong card dispite that the fact (I'm sure you sent him pics pointing out the differences) I would be inclined to "Neg the guy"!!

Yes, but I want my money back.

I had a similar situation, the seller agreed to refund. Returned the card, never got my money back. Had to file a claim with ebay. 5 months later, won the case, ebay paid off the claim.

Mine was an expensive Quantum3D card. Lot of money on the line.

It's not worth it. Neg him and move on would be my advice. Chose your words carefully, leave a statement that has no defense. He will look like a moron if he replies.

So, I contacted paypal, lets see what happens.
