I just used it in one of my PCs some months ago, then always kept it safely in a box. As you can see, it's perfectly clean.

it's a very late model too Crikey! Rev.D which is normal but it's PCB date : 4600! week 46 year 2000 same time as the Ramapge Rev.A0 4600 damn :-X

Good point; it's a very common card indeed, but with a very late production date.
