Voodoo 3 3000 installation for RedHat 9.0
06.10.03 at 16:34:27

Hi im trying to install the "3dfx Voodoo3/Banshee Linux V2.60" driver for my Voodoo 3 3000 video card. Im am running Red Hat linux 9.0 and have little experience with it. Im not sure but is red hat 9.0 Glibc 2.3?? from the test i got:

/lib/libc-2.3.2.so   /lib/libcom_err.so.2      /lib/libcrypto.so.4
/lib/libcap.so       /lib/libcom_err.so.2.0    /lib/libcrypt.so.1
/lib/libcap.so.1     /lib/libcrypt-2.3.2.so    /lib/libc.so.6
/lib/libcap.so.1.10  /lib/libcrypto.so.0.9.7a

does that mean that it wouldnt work?

Ill probably need more help installing it if it doesnt, so if someone is willing to guide me through the less simple parts of the installation id be very grateful.

Thanks in advance, Martin Brandt
