but prototype is bulk i suppose or oem version.

a lot of testing labs or it magazines can receive engineering sample for test.

Yes, here in the U.S. "bulk" = "majority" or large number.

I was very confused when collectors from Europe listed cards as "bulk" till I figured out it meant either OEM or just unboxed in general.

yes. maybe the different style of english language.

in uk..."bulk" means unboxed or oem...often saw on ebay uk.

i do not know "bulk" means majority actually..
