Guys, a little help here: whatever I do I cannot get rid of Vsync in UT99 on my V5. Have tried everything from changing the VSync settings in the control panel and editing the unrealtournament.ini file

Clean XPSP3 install with SFFT 1.6's

Never mind. Found it ! MesaFX was interfering. Seems MesaFX has the upperhand when it comes to display settings. You need to set all options in MesaFX control panel and not the regular 3Dfx control panel
