Very nice looking Voodoo II card for sale in France-

So I e-mail the seller and in a polite manner inquire if they would be interested in shipping to the US with myself paying the shipping of course if I should happen to win.

Now the joke part, the reply-

"I can sale to US for 250 Euros and 58 Euros for the transport."

I declined the offer after pointing out that at $299 USD for the card and $69 USD for shipping it would be just about cheaper to fly over and purchase the card cash for about 10 EUR.

sheesh

You should have asked why the seller intended to ship his entire computer with the Voodoo2, considering the price ;)
