Well since my SLI setup is broke...an Asus 8800 Ultra died (artifacts)i have gained some PCI slots.So i putted a voodoo 2 on the pci slot and tried with the legendgrafix 2.20 driver too get the card working.So far so good it workzZzZ under vista :)
On a Asus rampage II Extreme / Intel I9 720 cpu / DDR 3 1800 under vista.
I installed Messiah wich plays with voodooII and yes it workzz.Now im playing GLQuake wich plays very well,i even see the nice 3DFX logo spinning :)
But when i quit the game GLQuake,i have too reboot the comp cos it says no VGA signal.It doesnt seems too happen with Messiah(rare)
Anyone a solution for this?
Im wondering if my obsidian2 should work on it??

Hm that is very strange. Do you have any other instabilities during gaming, or is it just when exiting the game? What happens with other games? Same thing?

ps. what are you going to do with your 8800 ultra? :)

nahh its just with GLQuake the thing happens.I quit the game and then it says no VGA signal...strange dohh.
Messiah quits like a normal game.
When i play messiah i do see clipping in the game?GLQuake plays perfect just the quiting suckzz..quit=monitor goes out.
U think my obsidian2 X24 should work in vista?
And for the ultra....going too bake it i assume :p

the driver is alpha,so you should expect errors.btw,koolsmoky's driver (it supports the x24 as well) should work without issues inder 32bit vista/win7,I had it runnig a couple of months ago..

Make sure cool the card properly, they tend to get a  little warm in modern computers.
