Micro-Équipement (nicbouch) did a great job with the XP driver.
After a long time I used my favorit controller again!  :D

But Windows Vista is a absolute NO GO for gameport controllers.
It has no drivers for the gameport itself.
These days I found a link to the creative-forum and a thread about vista and a selfmade gameport-driver.

I tried to combine both, the gameport-driver and sv-262 driver.
It works 100% ...
