Yeah no idea, it is very annoying. It's not like these were cheap either, it's like once the money is recieved they do not care how the buyer recieves the item.
This was my first purchase of boxed cards from here, and not a good experience.
When I sent that Matrox M3D to exxe months ago, even though the box was far from perfect I went out of my way to pack the inside of the box, the outside with multiple layers of bubble wrap and then a sturdy box with brown paper on the outside!
It was a work of art haha.
When an item is sent like this also, you have a doubt in your mind if there was damage caused by poor packaging or the seller had the items in the state you recieved them which is not good, you should never have doubt in your mind like that.
I believe the condition was better at the other end from looking at the original sale photos.
It defeats the purpose anyway, these things are collectables and you want to buy something that is as in good condition as possible not recieve it in poor condition.
I belive peoples can communicate each other and try to understand, any problem can be resolved after good communictaion, please don't, I know your feelings that want a perfect box and card, me too, but please try to understand my situation, fortunately, this month I will move to other country and nobody can request me to what can packing into my box. I will refund you all money tommorow.
