Post by fish on 14.11.04 at 19:46:54
Has anyone a manuel for the MS-6168 (MSI board with onboard V3)?
Is it for P2 or P3 systems?

yeah i also got that board yesterday...

i cannot find the pins for the Power Switch (to switch the PC on) because my version does not have theese pins like on every other mainboard, it only has that "Front Panel Connector" , and in the manual there is nowhere described where i have to put my power switch... so i am afraid to put it in the wrong pins and destroy this board (with that holy Voodoo in it ;) )

Only if bios supports intel coppermine cpu.

And what does say the link that i gave ?     ;)

I would not know as I already have a MSI manual and have no plans to replace the orignal PII-450.

It's common to try and use Coppermine CPU's on ZX/LX/BX boards and the note about bios support applies to all of them.
