Also, what exactly is going on in the boxed area? Is that a scuff where the color is missing?

shipping, i dunno... maybe i can make the box flat and put it in a big envelope...

inside the box there is nothing. as i already have written the plastic inlet is missing!

that area you have marked... i dunno. maybe there was a sticker on it before... but its barely noticeable... the flash of the camera makes it that "bad"

If I am still intereseted later, I would prefer the box to stay in its "original form". I would gladly pay the bit extra to ensure that it does not get damaged.

On another note: Is 150-170 euro a lot for the auction I am bidding on?? And it has 37 shipping... Seems a bit high to me...

THe box is in pretty good condition i guess...

192 Euro total for the VoodooMAC 5500 PCI [US] (including shipping). That's like $240 for the item and $60 shipping. I don't feel like I got a good deal, but I guess thats the going rate for the voodoomac these days. Oh well, what good is money if you dont spend it Wink

Plus... now my Voodoo5 5500 AGP/PCI collection is complete.

I can justify spending that much on an item knowing that it wont be spending any more money on that series of boxes/cards [5x].

FedEx is delivering it today!!!!!! Edit. The only thing I can tell that's different before the delivery is the box image has different colours. There is almost no red in the picture. Just blue/yellow. The picture I posted was from the auction I won.

So I wonder if the difference is that mine was a US box and yours could have been a Multi Language package. Wish I had your box too

I guess the seller used an image from somewhere else. Maybe the revision of the Voodoo driver CD is different, but it really doesn't matter as the card will most likely be flashed to the PC version anyways. PCs can't read MAC CDs. So no game demos either..... LOL
