Forum Fix/Upgrade - Take 2

Alright, after all the Problems moving to V2.3, I decided to go for the gusto and installed the latest V2.4 Forum Software from scratch.

Alright, sent myself 3 EMails (1x Admin mode, 2x Forgot Password function) and it worked fine. Emails arrived within 3 Minutes.

Again, please test Email-based functions.
If that still fails, I'm seriously running out of ideas Lips Sealed

Along with several other details (tweaks to Forum Layout, Logo etc) I basically didn't touch anything in order to make sure the very basics work fine first. The upgrade was basically divided in two parts : Sunday/Monday - epic failures Today - apparently successful

Sucks when things don't go as planned. Our Exchange server change over from Exchange 03 to 07 has been a nightmare. I've had dreams of servers falling from the sky and trying to dodge each one as they fall it's been that bad.

(otherwise I may test how far the Captcha would need to be adjusted to become machine-unreadable; so far I left it 'clean' for ease of use)
