Some trial pictures of the Videologic Neon250. I'm not very good with cameras, I need to learn some more.

Thanks!

What's interesting is, that it seems to have been marketed under the Imagination brand (Videologic renamed), as Pixelperfect. I don't know of any other Neon250 with this sticker. I might have to ask somebody that worked at Videologic. I will give him a PM to ask what the deal is.

I wonder what the Bios will say on the card. It looks like the Bios sticker has been altered.

I asked somebody at Videologic/Imagination Tech. to see what was up with the rebranding?

Quote:
I don't actually have a Neon250 (with the PMX-LC chip) so I don't actually recognise the board.
Just had a quick discussion in the office and "ImagineGraphics" is not us (that's not our phone number for a start and that hasn't changed since I've been with VL/IMG) . What we think is that it is a re-badged card that was used either in slot/arcade/poker machines OR, perhaps, for driving the displays you see in Airports where the monitor is rotated. That could then explain the different bios etc.

Hmm, very very strange. I wonder if it's possible to flash back the Bios. It's 100% Neon250 board design.

I will see if I can get my benchplatform up in the new year and see what it says.

Thanks exxe, I can see the pic now.

Very interesting card nest. A starfighter, but what is the expansion module? MPEG-1/2 decoder board?  Smiley

Never seen one with that before.  Cool
