Ok,ok, i found it and its not cause im old and use a magnifying glass, back side behind bios chip, ok so this is also a common spot i think because my regular 3500 is there too, so the date on the 5ns one is 3599 and my regular one is 3399 and the 200 w/fan is 2999, by the way the 200 w/fan was under plate as Obi-Wan said

yeah my 3500's are identical, something very nice to have they are both Rev.A 3199's Revision A from week 31 year 1999.  8)

Today my 3500 TV with 5 ns RAM arrived. Smiley The date code says 9948, it is in the same place I displayed. My first 3500 has 5.5 ns RAM and has been built in the 42nd week of 1999.

to calculate ram speen in Hz (cycles per second)  you take 1cycle/5ns = 200Mhz.

5ns = 0.000000005s.  8)

Or, you could divide 1000 by the ns'. This isn't accurate but will give you a rough estimate.

1000/6 = 166.666666....
1000/5.5 = 181.81818181....
1000/5 = 200
