I have a fully-working Voodoo 4500 PCI ("3DFX fan" on it), i would trade for the AGP version of the same card.

Great for motherboards without AGP or Mac computers of this era!

PCI version of Voodoo4 4500 is much harder to get than AGP. ;)

oh i knew that about the PCI.

But i paid like 20-25$ for it from a guy on the North Shore of Montreal. Tested it, and it went in my "3DFX box", i didn't really wanted to use it because i wanted an AGP version of this card.

Now it's time to think where I can use this card, but the range of options for a PCI version is much wider, that's for sure.

the best thing is to use it on a Mac. Because i fail to think about the best use for it...

1- Using it on a PCI-only Pentium 3 board? (you can easily find an AGP board nowadays)
2- Using it for DOS games? (it's so useless AND not even compatible with UniVESA driver)
3- Using it on a Pentium 1 or 2? (waste of performance)

So yeah, your best bet is to use it on a Mac G3, G4 or something.

But it's a nice collector piece as well.

On the other side, i'm more of a PC gamer, so AGP is the best for performance in video cards of this era, so this is why i wanted the AGP version.
