I've had to review that Quadro4 in great deal, as its part of the Quantum3D's Sentiris subsystem. This is used for the Land Warrior project. A virtual reality training simulator for soldiers in the US Army.
They can squeeze card that card into a subsystem the size of two VHS tapes stuck together! It's quite something!
All part of my research for my Virtual Reality exam this Wednesday! Evaluating the effectiveness of virtual reality in these embedded military training systems.

May The Force Be With on your examinations this Wednesday
but yeah Dual QuadroFX 4400's is extremely impressive, I think there is no competition to that for now, unless Ati comes with a Crossfire version of thier FireGL cards

Cheers paul mate!
The exam was a complete success!
It was closed book but I managed to remember every paragraph from 10 pages of printed revision notes. Ended up being just under 20 pages of written work, all done during a 3 hour exam!
Here's hoping for a first!

I can manage coding no problem, but it can be a drag sometimes.
Tbh, and it may sound strange to any other developer, I prefer testing!
Hope to be going some games development or games testing once I graduate this year.

If I were to put any of my V2 SLI setups into my A64 3000+ machine, would that not be faster?
Or do you just want the fastest AthlonXP setup with V2 SLI?
What Athlon CPU brand is it? 2800+? 3200+?

Athlon 64 can still be overclocked, my system is already overclocked
But keep in mind the base of this system is already 2 years old .
Indeed, I will try my V2 SLI setup when I o/c the A64 for good. Recent tests have shown that the A64 will o/c to to 2400MHz no sweat, on stock cooling, temps around 50 celcius. No need for the extra power yet though, so it's back at factory levels.
However, I don't think the release of my current CPU is not far off 2 years old either!
@Paul - Alright mate
. Like FF said, should be no problemo! Bearing in mind the CPU architecture has been the most significant change to motherboards of late, the PCI bus remains in its old fashion. Of course, you may want to use the latest and certified 3rd party drivers.

I'm currently using a 'Newcastle' 90nm 3000+.
However, I am trying to get up an FX-55 based machine set up with a V5 5.5k PCI.
We'll then see new records being broken for sure.
