These 6 boards are 3dfx AGP safe the ASUS A7M266-D I'm not so sure of,not for a 6K anyways I would use the Tyans for a 6K just to be on top of the safe side of things.

I use for my V5 6000 an Epox 8K5A2 board, with FSB 333 MHz !
Afaik, these dual boards are only 266 Mhz FSB.
Right ?
What is the performance increase on 3DMark 2001 on dual board ?
Witch solution is better ? ( single or dual )

Dual boards were like Dual Core we have now but then with 2 sepperate CPU's the advantage of a Dual CPU setup is only great in SMP based apps like Quake3 1.32, Quake4, Flight Simulator 2004 & 2006 aka FSX, for 3D mark a Dual MP 2800+ will be slower than a KT 333 based AXP 2800+ setup, it's because 3D mark 2001SE take no optimistation fopr SMP sets3D Mark 2005 as 2006 do afaik.

Anyways 3D Mark isn't the way you should test a PC because it's not really that precise as the games themselves.

If Flightsims are your thing go SMP if 3D mark is your thing or Unreal just go singe it will be in most cases faster as cheaper too

Unless you like multitasking there by running a game on one CPU and a download manager, Anti Spam scanner or Seti@Home on the other CPU, that is ofcourse the greater advantage of a SMP setup ;)

so, like i supposed, that means that i have to find a dualboard !

anyway , two mobile Athlon to find in my country will not be easy.

hmm AthlonMP's are the best choice for the most stable opperation :)

Just try and snatch 2 AthlonMP 2800+ Barton CPU's heh one they they are not cheap :-X Welcome in the World of SMP my friend 8)
