Does anyone know if the Obsidian2 S-12 (PCI) cable works with the 100SB as well? Looking forward to testing this baby.

The cable from an S-12 PCI works just tried it myself but if you don't have one you can always use a two input monitor or just switch the monitor plug from the 2D card to the SB100.
