That is, if the card can fit in the case

my neighbour man has the HP Pavilion PX1000 XP hehe a Pentium3 1Ghz you have a Pentium3 933Mhz right?

Should work without any problems it should have an AGP slot if your V3 is an AGP card if it's PCI then you it should be possible all round

But what I do know is that my neighbour's Pavilion PX1000 XP does have a nice Universal AGP x4 with AGPx 2 & x1 backwards compabillity and 3.3Volt support for older cards.

!!!!!!!What your not psychic well im going some where eles then! lol j/k sorry i did mean to leave a link to the comp info. I just forgot it cause it was late when i posted the first one.
Also the case size is not a problem, its got more room inside then any computer i have seen befor.

the PX series were very solid machines of thier time, I always wanted one back in those days but they were way out of my buget , so I saved up for a while built my own Dual P3 1Ghz with 4x 256MB PC133 Micron SDRAM and a Voodoo3 3500 TV AGP 16MB with a SB Live! Surround 1024 on an ABiT VP6 Dual Socket 370 Mainboard 8)

Ya i updated just about every thing on the comp, but lol not the video for some reson. I did not think it sucked as bad as it did befor i installed a game to check it. The grafix where not that great, but not really bad at the same time. Im going to take a look at it tonight, and see if the card will work. Ill let yall know how it go's.

Also that sounds really cool what you built.

Ok think it will work, but the card is all i have no disk etc.
Is there any one on here who can post the step to installing seting up the video card on the pc. It dotn have to be long just the basic. Or if you know a link to this info plz post it.

Edit: I just look at it, and there is no free slots lol. Im thinking if i take the modem out i can put the 3dfx card there. Will this work or not? Also just to note in your pic that bord as 4 white slots, mine only as 3 white slots...

the white slots are the PCI-32Bit slots exellent for PCI 3dfx cards

even modernday PC's of today have them like my ASUS A8R32 MVP Deluxe ATi RD580 CrossFire Xpress 3200 Motherboard does

The VoodooMAC 5500 PCI is in the PCI-32Bit slot above my Sapphire X1900 XTX

Your PC has these white PCI-32Bit slots as well, so if your Voodoo3 is a PCI one you're in great hands, just remove your modem card and place in that Voodoo3. 8)

What Operating System are you running at the moment?

If it's Windows 98SE I'd say get these:
AmigaMerlin V2.9 Win9x Driver Latest Release

If it's Win2KPro/XP Pro Get these

:
AmigaSport V3.0 WinXP/Win2K Latest Release

Heh That Dual Pentium3EB 1Ghz system is still in service at a good friends place, it's running 24/7 as his main server for about 4 years without a crash

, he put Windows 2000 Server on it
