Can anyone identify this card? A Voodoo 3 of course, but not quite a Powercolor design.

I missed out on it on Ebay months ago, the seller was a bit on the shaky side and I delayed bidding.

There's a fan on the heatsink, isn't that a Banshee?

Look closer.

A number of Voodoo 3's came with fans.

Well, that  card is a V3 2000 from POWERCOLOR. It works to 143MHz, look the RAM, it is 7ns.   I am owner the same card, check it Gary, [http://www.voodoo3dfx.com/Fotos%20V3%202000%20AGP%20EvilKing/DSCF1670.jpg]V3 2000 POWERCOLOR[/url]

EDITED:
PowerColor did using the CHIP AVENGER:
V3 2000 + TV-OUT MEM7ns
V3 3000 NO TV-OUT MEM 6ns
V3 3000 TV-OUT MEM 5'5ns
V3 3500 TV-OUT MEM 5ns

SuperTek V3000-16T Smiley

How do I know ?
Thanks to VDX, I have a SuperTek V3000-16 (without the TV/out and with black PCB, but apart from the Color it is 100% identical)

I had a feeling that is what it was based on the PN at the right of the chip, still kicking myself for just not buying it but thought the card was a TNT2

The seller didn't send a pic till after the auction ended.

Well, my card is exactly equal to the Gary's PIC. When I put it on my 3Dfx System, the display shows the following:
