Just a hint: you may upgrade any regular 4mb voodoo graphics to 8mb by replacing the 512kb SOJes with 1mb ones taken from a late V2 1000 (the one that does not have any RAM chips on the rear side).

And are you sure about Miro? IIRC they were just a rebranded Canopus Pure3D for the European market, so a 6mb one.

Yeah the Miro Highscore3D only had 6Mb.

still interested in a "regular" V1 with 8MB, even if I buy the Obsidian from G1nX, so anyone willing to sell should feel free to post here.

I sort of managed to acquire a 100DB-4440, so my q3d cravings are satisfied for the moment. still in for a regular 8MB V1, if the price is good.
