Title: [S] EPoX EP-8K5A2+ (Sold)
Post by Obi-Wan_Kenobi on 21.12.06 at 22:15:18
Dear all :)

Well the title say's it heh I'm selling my EPoX EP-8K5A2+
Since I have decided to keep my Voodoo5 6000 in the table for display and to step back to my good ole ASUS A7V333-R Rev.1.02 for main usage with a Voodoo5 5500 PCI for some glide games and Red Alert2 mainly.

So for the people with a Voodoo5 6000 and that would like to use it , the EPoX EP-8K5A2+ is a good board to fulfill the job safely.

I'll make some pics of it soon, for payment I prefer PayPal like we all make use of these days

What I'd like for it is around 30 euro's, since the board is in perfect shape and all capacitor's are look'n clean.

Hi Obi-Wan,
How about I try to transfer money to your account? How much do you think the shipping cost to Bulgaria is?
If this seems a bit too much trouble, there is an alternative: I can ask some friends of mine who live in London, to get the board. Ok, here I am assuming you are from UK, or am I wrong? Anyway, please drop me a line.
Thanks: Boris

well I don't accept things like Western Union for example, only PayPal for non-Euro countries.

for Euro Countries like yours I do accept money transfer via IBAN aka International Bank Account Number

Only I do not know the shipping cost to bulgaria might be something like 5 a 7 euro's would have to look that up ;)

@ ps47

Lost the bloody card where all the details were listed hahah oh man, oh well I'll pick up a new one tomorrow at the post office ;)

it's just the board in a nice antistatic board and a blank Mobo box ;)

I kinda moddified my ASUS A7V333-R backplate for this board's RJ45 jack, I bought it from a PC store in Scotland the board was a left over from old stock, it was never used new in a antistatic bag :)

It was sold as an oem product, just the board, no books, CD's or what so ever.

Here are the Pics:

Sorry that I was a bit late for the pics, I was kinda buisy building the AthlonXP 2700+ and installing it :-X When I posted this topic it was running late anyways, oh well whatever :)

The bios has been flashed successfully with the latest bios for Barton 3000+ support and max ram support of 3x 1GB PC2700.
The board works fine, I'm selling it because I have an ASUS A7V333-R Rev.1.02 in use just to run Red Alert2, watch DVD's and listen to music, so I rather give somebody else a chance at this board, especially V6K people.

It's one of the safest boards to opperate a Voodoo 5 6000 which it does, have many pics of games in my V6K album for the proof hehe :)

Oh well sorry for the long post, never been such a professional salesman lol. ;D

Hi Obi Wan,
Please see about the shipping costs for both countries and decide who the buyer will be - it seems that ps47 is also interested. Please post here your decision and note that I do not have a V5 6K yet, but I hope this will change in the future, though I have not anything particular.
The board sure does look good, though, and I am a fan of Epox, but it is very hard to find it in Bulgaria.

Okay Since that Bustar was the first to react , he get's to buy the board ;)

Well good news is I have the shipping rates to Bulgaria

Here everything goes per weight of the object.

2K6 Shipping Price's
with Normal mail EUR: 7,60
with Priority Mail EUR 10,60

with Priority the item is insured and transfered faster with normal mail it's just like ordinary mail.

I also have the shipping rates for 2K7 and they are a bit more expensive, the prices have raised, oh well can't do much about that sorry ;)

2K7 Shipping Price's
normal shipping will be EUR: 8,00
Priority Shipping will be EUR: 11,00

So the total price + shipping will be EUR 30,00 for the board + EUR 7.60 for shipping = EUR 37,60 with normal mail transfer

or EUR 30,00 for the board + 10,60 for the Priority Shipping = EUR 40,60

All i need to know from you Bustar is your name, adress , post code and country please do that via PM not here ;)
and the only way for payment I can accept from you would be via IBAN , if that isn't a problem?

It's that I don't adore and trust things like Western Union and so on.
