Anyways here some pics of the earliest production Voodoo 5 5500 AGP x2:

The UK Box only has 2 specification lines top of the box as 2 below, 1 in English and the other in French
My 5500 PCI Euro is also an UK based box it has lesser writing on it and more face so equals more beauty to the box art it's self.
As you can see, this Rev.A 1900 has no letter "A" behind the PCB number:
210-0413-001
with the Rev.A 2100, Rev.A 2300 en Rev.A 2500 cards they have this written instead:
210-0413-001 A
So I suppose that the Prototype Rev.A 1800 as production card Rev.A 1900 had lot's in common compared to the differences with the Rev.A 2100, 2300 and 2500 cards.
Discription of the PCB numbers and Revisions of the card it's self. The PCB date of the Rev.A 1900 is also placed on the same spot as the other Rev.A 2100, Rev.A 2300 and Rev.A 2500 cards, as for the Rev.A0 1400, Rev.A0 1500C and Rev.A 1800 Prototypes the PCB Date is placed behind the Backplate on the rear side on the card.
Also the Rev.A 1800 Prototype has Bios 1.05 while the Production Rev.A 1900 has Bios 1.06, dunno what the fix changes are.
