Whats the reason behaind this desicion. And are there any working revisions with standard alignment? |

maybe its the pin layout of the VSA-100 chips

Oh by the way, all revisions have rotated chips, I think. At least i've seen several different ones that all have them place like that so I assume all of them have the chips like that. |

to be honest, 3dfx board design layout was horrible for the Voodoo 4 and 5
the large and long board was not fully utilized, in which they could have reduce the size of the PCB. |
