The one I have is dark blue

It says " Quick Install " on top

and on the bottom it says:

yes i have several of that one too, dont know where this orange one comes from, maybe its from eruo version, i need one though.

Well for me it was every vsa-100 card quick install cd except one (blue) so I'm sure there are plenty.
