About buying
03.03.03 at 19:40:10
I'm very interested in buying
Voodoo3 3500 TV or
Voodoo4 or 5...
I know that 3dfx no longer exists, and that we can't find new cards from them, but... is there (in Germany or elsewhere) some who knows where can I find unused (or very good "looking") 3dfx card, with all support (papers and stuff).
I missed buying V3 3500tv in my neigbourhood for 2 days (price was 50euro.. is that ok price for that card?)
If U are asking why I like voodoo, just ask yourselves (voodoo owners), and you will get it
p.s. I'm from Serbia (YU), Belgrade.

Patience thanx for help... you allways have a patience for us
I got one more Q. What do you know about real buying those cards from eBay??
Do I need to have credit card... or.. ?
Well.. maybe there is other way ...
So you say V5 is a realy good. Can U tell me what nVidia card is in V5 class? (taking real speed in mind)
I know that V5 is not easy with some games, but what do you know about older V3 "compatible" games?
I hope I'm not boring but, I like to "chat" with girls
bye

Hi dlc,
you would need a credit card (although some online systems might allow the use of a debit card on rare occasions) to use eBay. If you can't do this then you will have to try and source a card through your friends or neighborhood. Try putting up a small ad somewhere perhaps.
A Voodoo5 is roughly equivalent to a GeForce2 GTS although, arguably, it does better FSAA than any of nVidia's cards.
Good luck.

TY dlc & Patience
well most v5500 agp without the retail box go for right around 40.00 u.s. pci go for about 10.00 more, now for shipping im not sure what thats gonna run you, id just check some out and email the seller and see what they say, im sure one of them has an idea or can find it out for you, best thing to do on ebay is set a price for yourself that you wont go beyond and stick to it, its real easy to spend more than you wanted too, good luck
