When i start the game i see a white rectangle surrounded by black, and if i wait a few seconds, music plays and there is a white background with various orange boxes...it is not supposed to be like this..can you help me?? If you need the game, for referance, it is available at

According to the small description of the Game, it utilitzes OpenGL and Pixel Shaders.
If so, there's nothing you can do to make it run on a 3dfx Card as of now.
(some Pixel Shader workarounds exist for Direct3D only via 3D Analyzer, but AFAIK it won't work for OpenGL)
Only thing you could try is MesaFX, with a bit of luck the Game actually recognizes missing 3D features and simply does not use them.
In that case, you might be able to fix alot of the display errors you are having
