Is any GPU 3dfx emulation available somewhere ?

I found this : http://www.vogons.org/viewtopic.php?t=25606

But I prefere a more complete emulation, at least Voodoo 3...

you would be better off finding a Voodoo 3 3000 AGP and building a small Pentium 3 in a MicroATX case.

Here's a cheap-priced one i found on Ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/170463347182
(it's actually a Voodoo 3 3000 AGP, yet it doesn't say on the auction but i know it's one, only with the heatsink size and shape)

If you can't find a Sound Blaster AWE64, then put in a Sound Blaster Live! on the board, and use a 40gb or 80gb hard disk, and something like a 8x up to 32x cdrom or cd-writer, and install Windows 98SE and the Unofficial Service Pack, along with the sound card and Voodoo3 drivers. Make sure to use an ATX 1.1/1.2 compatible power supply, as those older ATX board tend to require more wattage in the 5V and 3.3V.

Actually those from Compaq have same frequencies of Voodoo3 3500; even better.

alright, though i'm able to overclock a V3 3000 AGP to 183Mhz, and to make sure it doesn't overheat, i have a PCI slot blower right beside it.
