The agp connector is agp 4x, and the only voodoo cards that have those are some prototypes and the Evilking Voodoo4 if I'm not mistaken. How do you know for sure that it has a voodoo3 chip??

How can you say that the card display MX200 as you haven't tested it ?
The easiest solution is to remove the fan to see what is on the chip ; or take HD photos of the card : with PCBs numbers we can find more about this cards...
But it seems to be the same cards as this one :
