ok i put evolution banshee drivers in and it works great but last night i had a blue screen crash and now my screen is to bright? i tried unsatalling and reistally the device and the drivers but it still does it. any ideas

Hmm...

Check for the Driver's Desktop/Overlay Gamma Controls.

But anyway, as soon as you revert to "Standard VGA" alone, the Brightness should immediately have returned to normal values (?)

I mean *ugh* , sure you didn't accidentally adjust Monitor Brightness by any chance ?!
