You mean WHQL certified drivers?
Or included drivers in Windows versions?

If I'm not mistaking all standard WindowsXP drivers for Voodoo cards are 2D only (3D is done by software, not the graphics card).

in winxp there's no support for the 3d features, if you want to use your voodoo for actual games and os, you have to take third party drivers
