Hi !

I have got a Voodoo5 5500 Mac and have flashed it with the BIos of an Voodoo5 5500 PCi Bios. I think the bios number is 1,16.

But i can't see nothing in my screen. The pc starts as usual, with the bios screen, than welcome screen of dell and after also this Windows load screen:



But after that , there is no picture ! the picture remains black for 3 minutes and than this screen is showing for 10 seconds, than again nothing.. :



Is it normal ? How can i solve this problem !

Dell 4550
Intel i845pe chipsatz; p4 2,66; 256mb ; 120 gb; windows xp pro inkls SP 1.

How can i start with 16 color and 640x480 mode by Windows Xp ?

just something , i have realized today; one of the Vsa-100 chipsets( the one , which is near to the VGA connector) gets very hot, so i burn my fingers in 6 sec !! The other one is normal hot.

Is this normal ?

I don't think ( and hope) that the card is demaged, defect , or ?
