*ugh*
I actually owned a Card looking exactly like that, but I (currently) don't find it (?) IMHO, I still should have it, but it's vanished for now *scratches head* If it ever turns up again, I'll let you know. - edit - Patience was first, and now I know what to look for in my house *g* |

Heh, I own TWO of these (yup it's SLI time!) ;D
BOTH of mine are boxed with original stuff (inc. demo CD in one of the boxes). ;D Also one of my cards is in a FRENCH box! :o Only problem was getting two of them as they are RARE! ::) (And they STILL need a fan despite the heatsinks!) :P |

I managed to purchase one on ebay from under FalconFly's nose last week, with all the retail boxed packaging and everything. ;) ;D

Paul, what's the performance like on these cards mate?;)
Kick Ass or blow? ??? You had much time to test them yet bud? |

Hmm, they perform as well as any other V2. ::)
However...the best bit is the 'built in' heatsinks! ;) This means that with a nice 80mm cooling fan and (maybe) a Zalman fan mate or pyramid fan limiter...you'll be SET! :D Set for what? ??? For REALLY smooth 1024x768 GLiDE gaming! ;D I've tested these cards in SLI and they run nice and smooth playing UT, Unreal and Return to Na Pali! ;D (which, let's face it was what the V2 was INVEVTED for, mwahahahaha!) ;) :D ;D ==edit== Forgot to say that mine are currently idling in their boxes at the moment (my new mobo is NFORCE2 400 ULTRA, so no V2's allowed!) :'( Also, it's quite hard to get a matching pair of these (took me about 6 months to find the second one...) :o |

You're right about the Unreal games, it really does bring out the true colours of the V2. ;)
Shame to hear about the V2's not in action. How come? What is with the nForce2? No compatibility with the mobo (different PCI bus?), no room to fit them? ??? |
