Chip is being sold as is but is known to be working just fine. The chip has never been overclocked because the only board I had for testing did not support the mobile, rather then having it collect dust, I thought I'd sell it.

I mounted it once on my motherboard, but removed it after testing, everything is still in new like condition, even the sticker is still in the box. The rubber cushion pad (for small die chipsets) is already fixed to the base, but in like new condition.
