You are looking at "bleeding edge" hardware 1996-1997 vintage.

I have a P-Pro 200 machine here that I am building, single CPU though. Matrox for 2D too with a Creative Labs Soundblaster 64 (ISA) 3Com NIC (ISA) and 28.8 US Robotics Modem (ISA)

Cheetah SCSI hard drive with Adaptec PCI board with dual boot Win95 and NT4.
