Voodoo5 AGP x4 cards, differences technically?

Hello all now we all know that there are 4 different types of the Voodoo5 AGP x4 cards.

A. 3dfx Voodoo5 5500 AGP x4 64MB Rev.A1 3000
B. 3dfx Voodoo5 5500 AGP x4 64MB Rev.A2 3300
C. 3dfx Voodoo5 5500 AGP x4 64MB + DVI Rev.A2 3300
D. 3dfx Voodoo5 5000 AGP x4 32MB Rev.A0 3700

So here my question.

What is the technical difference between card A and card B?

For Card C the difference is the Black DVI unless that one has more differences technically compaired to cards  A and B

So is there somebody that can explain thier technical differences?

And did card D have anuthing related with those 5500 AGP x4 cards since that the 5000 AGP x4 came 4 weeks later, as card D is a Rev.A0 3700.

Was it so that they were dropped because AGP x4 was technically not possible with 3dfx SLI or was that some other reason?

Ben Kenobi.
