Just buy a quallity PSU for it & problem solved I ashume you have enough cash for a good Tagan 350 Watt PSU lol. a system deserves a stable and reliable PSU.

my XFX GeForce 6800GT AGP 256MB as ASUS Radeon X800XT PE AGP 256MB worked fine with an Enermax EG365VE 350 Watt PSU in the AthlonXP 2700+ since an Athlon64 3400+ uses a lesser core voltage than the AthlonXP 2700+ you should do fine with a nice 350 Watt Enermaxx or Tagan or Antec what brand prefers you for that part. And oh a Raden 9800 pro uses more power than a GeForce 6600GT Wink

yeah so? A good reliable movie center deserves a reliable PSU, what word of stabillity do you not understand?

And again the 9800 pro uses more power than the 6600GT so that might expalin why it locks up as well.

otherwise get a cheapo X1300SE and use that if you'd want an ATi card in it heh otherwise use that 6600GT and feel happy, don't make it look as problem that can't be solved because it can.

Uhm btw the GeForce need DotNET.2.0 as well for 90.xx drivers too as the X850 does, So then agian difference for DotNET.2.0 nope.

I'd say rant ATi or Shuttle not us.

because the PSU of the Shuttle has not enough feed does it not?

With the 9800 pro it surely does by the looks of your problems, why would you dangle on while recieving the same sh*t and not taking respect on what others are trying to tell you?

Hey Obi, try reading the posts-

The box *SHIPPED* with a 9800pro, the box is certified for use with a 9800pro and it has an upgraded PS already and works fine with the 6600GT.

Though I would not want to try that for any period of time running 3D apps.

Did it work when you bought it? if so why didn't you leave it in the state it was Lips Sealed

bad experiences wioth branded systems

and if you are having trouble with it now why not mail shuttle I mean they do have a term of support not?

If they don't there's your problem --> Shuttle delivers unrealible hardware setups.
