The G80 is indeed interesting pcb has only one SLI connector and I guess higher quality pictures will reveal more.
As for the donated cards I think you hit the Jackpot. Some are pretty rare even in production form.

Well it has a external ramdac so it is most likely a geforce 3 or geforce 4.

I think that Dual GPU with the copper heatsinks is a Volari V5 Duo or V8 Duo.

No I know that generation rather well, that small chip is a dead give away. ATI very rarely ever use such chips while nvidia had used them in several generations.
See the little chip to the left of the gpu and the right of the I/O bracket.
